Solutions Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1) Collaborate with business partners and merchants to provide Ksher's product consultation and lead payment solution and integration discovery during the sales cycle. 2) Support on technical delivery of SEA e-wallet integration, testing, implementation and launch. 3) SDK support and maintenance of Ksher's e-payment system. 4) Identifies and troubleshoots technical issues both internally and with merchants. 5) Work closely with product and R&D team and act as a product expert in identifying potential solutions for new market verticals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1) Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 2) 2+ years of experience with IT, Internet or mobile technologies, 1+ years of programming in Python. 3) Familiarity with web services, APIs with the ability to rapidly understand new products. 4) Thai nationality, fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus. 5) Fast learner, willing to learn new technologies in IT and ePayment industry.
