Key Account Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Developing and maintaining relationships with Key Account Merchant to ensure sustainable business growth -Work closely with the Merchant Marketing team, finance and operations teams to ensure key brand strategies are met -Conduct regular customer visits to promote business relationships and sales development as well as maintain updated market and end-user information -Monitoring account performance in relation to the quarterly/yearly targets; -Regular analysis of sales data and reports with recommendations on monthly basis -Monitoring market conditions and latest trends, Track major competitor activity and report potential impact to the Team -Lead Account Management Team, developing strategy and training schemes to improve productivity and result of team members

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree or above - 2 to 5 years of working experience, experience in team management, sales, ground team sales and customer service preferred - Highly target driven, with excellent communication skills - Thai Nationality, fluency in English is a must - Fluency in Chinese will be an advantage. - Ability to maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and work under pressure with Can-do attitude
