หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Profile -    Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner -    Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis -    Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product -     Classifying, indexing & maintain all important data records -     Reviewing the CRM in place through daily & monthly report, to determine ways to improve CRM efficiency -   Classifying, indexing & maintain all important data records -     Others   Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience - Not more than 30 years old. - Internet access and basic computer programs. -  Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment -  Excellent time and project management skills,  always looking to improve inefficient processes -  Keep attention to detail and adherence to deadlines -  Fluently in English & Chinese skills (Write & read)
