Operation Executive – Cambodian

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customers general inquires, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company’s products. - Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis - Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product - Classifying, indexing & maintain all important data records - Reviewing the CRM in place through daily & monthly report, to determine ways to improve CRM efficiency - Other Assignments

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Required Languages: Khmer, English, Thai, Mandarin (Optional) - Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience - Internet access and basic computer programs. - Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment - Excellent time and project management skills, always looking to improve inefficient processes - Keep attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
