- Prepare and issue quotation, customer's contract and other docs - Coordinate with Technical Support Dept. for customer's requirements and other technical issues - Coordinate with A/C Dept. for invoicing and payment - Prepare sales report and other report for customer's needs - Other admin. tasks - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media - Handling inbound & outbound sales calls through phone system, handling customer inquiry, generate new sales and checking potential for new opportunities - Identify business opportunities and market target - Make initial customer contact through calls - Identify each potential customer's needs - Develop new opportunities and close existing ones - Follow up on service and / or product once the delivery has bee made - Arrange meetings with potential clients
