Customer Experience Designer(UX)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for mobile design strategy and action plan in collaboration with software development team Identify design problems and come up with sophisticated solutions Facilitate business visions and objectives by researching, conceiving, and translating design concept into wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up customer/user experiences for mobile banking Deliver strategic design artifacts and customer/user experience decision related to core and new functions and features including (but not limited to) wireframes, user stories, user journeys/screen flows, and mockups optimized for wide range of mobile banking Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate own design and be responsible for end-to-end UX/UI solution design
