Chef de Partie Bakery

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist and support the Barista in crafting exceptional coffee and drinks.
• To prepare bakery items and other culinary.
• Must be able to make bread and croissant.
• Contribute to menu planning and development.
• Working with the management team to develop menus
• Assisting with menu pricing
• Able to create dessert menus to meet the needs of customers.
• Controlling kitchen stock levels.
• Monitor and purchase food and supplies.
• Supporting and training other kitchen staff.
• Helping to organise other kitchen staff work schedules.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and beverage preparation.
• Any other duties as required by the management team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good at bakery and pastry.
• Experience in baking and culinary arts.
• Knowledge of basic raw material selection
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating culinary delights and crafting beverages.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Work experience or internship in a pastry kitchen at a restaurant or hotel will be an advantage.
• Flexible schedule to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• A communication skill in English both written and spoken is required.
• Speaking a third language would be an advantage.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Work well under pressure.
