หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• A Good communication skill in English both written and spoken is required.
• Speaking a third language would be an advantage.
• A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or related fields is required.
• Experience in Hotel / Travel industry experience would be an advantage.
• A good service mind is the key to succeed in our property and make our valued guests satisfied.
• Handling hotel bookings by phone and in person.
• Handling email, letter, fax and face-to-face communication.
• Completing procedures for daily check-in and check-out.
• Preparing bills and taking payments.
• Handling special requests (restaurant reservations, tours, birthday cakes.)
• Handling guest complaints and providing favorable solution for the guest.
