Engineering Supervisor (Base in Lamphun Plant)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Work with the Engineering Shift team to solve the machine breakdown for driving the production to the KPI’s Target. Also, Day-to-day execution of the service level of the maintenance program and food safety program in Process & Packaging engineering.
• Support Maintenance Planners for effective Preventive Maintenance plans and adequate spare parts supply.
• Develop a process to review and drive the quality of maintenance activities during planned shutdowns process to include an inspection of key maintenance work with direct coaching and feedback to individuals on shift.
• Work with the Engineering Manager in delivering PeMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) and MIAP (Maintenance Improvement Action Plan) action plans. Lead section of site audit and engage shift team to raise awareness of PeMM.
• Support related CAPEX within the budget plan as well as deliver all the projects on time and within scope.
• Support continuous improvement thru productivity programs to deliver productivity projects to achieve target.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or related engineering fields
• Minimum 3 years experience in the engineering field at manufacturing
• Has experience in the Food industry, FMCG is preferable
• Experience in SAP execution is preferable.
• Good in English communication (writing, reading, and speaking) and analytical skills with the computer (MS Office).
• Capable to work flexibly, working on shifts, and delivering performance within a tight timeline.
