Sales Recruitment Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Translate Management’s direction and targets into development of recruitment strategy and activities to attract internal and external candidates, to ensure job competitiveness in the market. • Ensure effective source/lead/channel • Ensure effective attraction scheme • Ensure recruitment process/compliance is up to date and effective • Ensure sustainable pipeline of sales candidates • Identify target group of potential PC, intern, freelance and telemarketer (TSR) from non-experienced candidates, experienced agent and manager in the field as well as bankers and non-insurance sales experienced to approach and interview through online and off-line approach. • Initiate and plan recruitment activities. • Analyze recruitment team performance with ability to adjust plan upon situation . • Initiate and work with Head of Training and Partner’s Distribution Academy to give input and deliver on-boarding program for new sales representative to ensure that they are able to serve the market as per agreed timeline. • Build engage, manage and develop a team of high-performing staff in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment. • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and recruiting managers to develop and drive world-class proactive internal sales force talent engagement strategy. • Initiate, manage and recommend sales manpower dashboard for Executive Management to have the overview of sales manpower management. • Drive and monitor sales recruitment process and recruitment events. • Follow up on recruitment process to make sure all applications, as well as recruitment team to get through in timely manner. • Adopt tracking tools for manpower target monitoring. • Keep track of turnover rates after employment onto probation period. • Analyze and recommend area for improvement on PC new recruits and retention.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Recruitment, or a related field - Have Experience mass recruitment will be advantage. - Works well under pressure and detail-oriented. - Good team player with integrity. - Good to very good command of the English language.
