หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Control and Manage TSR and employees in Telesales team to ensure that team performance meets the sales target and KPIs.
• Manage persistency rate, control the cancellation rate and do data analysis to improve TSR productivity, prioritizes product sequencing and cost management.
• Work closely with business partners, product team and marketing team to deliver the business growth plan.
• Work closely with Senior Management team to update sales performance and business issues.
• To ensure the infrastructure, technologies, securities and processes deployed at all TSRI are fully complied with company’s standard and local laws & regulations.
• Organized rewards and recognition program to motivate TSR team.
• Cost management with highest efficiency and effectiveness.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Experience on minimum 5 - 8 years of sales management with at least 3 years of experience in insurance business
• Experience in training and developing sales teams to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Having experience in managing Telesales team is preferable.
