Customer Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To collect, check and procure information from customer, government agencies, or any organizations in order to complete applications and requirements to apply work permit and visa for foreigners
• To make arrangement to obtain any necessary registrations/permits for the foreigners to be able to properly work in Thailand as required by the government’s regulations
• To arrange to submit work permit and visa applications
• To obtain information or any other registrations as requested
• To correspond with clients (mainly Japanese companies) via email, assist and support Japanese coordinators in providing information as per client’s inquiries

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Able to contact Government offices to obtain information and process applications
• Able to coordinate with customers, mainly through email, using English and Thai
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible and able to travel, mainly within Bangkok and surrounding provinces
• Experience handling visa and work permit applications would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English Language is preferable
