Digital Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Lead the development of digital platform and strategy for Life, and Non-life insurance products. This includes getting OIC approval to operate such platforms. • Develop and commercialize partnership of key online platforms including but not limited to market places, insurers, aggregators and other businesses, in the e-commerce industry. • Develop, implement and optimize best in class e-commerce campaign that provide top class customer experience. • Develop and produce best-in-class automated campaign report and post-campaign analysis for management communication, which is effective at aiding management decision making to ensure that the Digital Sales team meets its target for both online lead generation and online sales. • Develop and lead a high performance digital sales. • Any other task to ensure that the Digital Sales team meets its target for both online lead generation and online sales.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor or Master degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Business Administration. • At least 5 years of experience in financial product or sales management, online marketing, tech startup or any field that involves understanding of both off-line and online marketing of retail financial products. Entrepreneurial experience is highly advantages. • At least 3 years of people management experience is a must. • The person should be highly analytical with good sense of numbers, while have good understanding of strategic marketing management, business management and good understanding of brand management. • Proficiency with Excel, Power Point and conceptual IT knowledge (database architecture and key online technology concept) are necessary. • Must be a good team player and possess can-do / can-learn attitudes. • Willingness to take calculated risk is a must. • Having knowledge and understand regarding search engine.
