Insurance Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To collaborate with Sale Teams, Partners and Internal Departments to define new, impact motor insurance product. • Own the strategy and execution for new product to drive growth objective. • To develop marketing campaigns for new motor insurance product. • To manage and deploy marketing events and activities. • To co-ordinate and arrange for process review in order to support business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, mitigate risk and reduce operational errors. • To coordinate with business leaders to manage various business analysis reports with high efficiency and accuracy and on timely manners. • To monitor and evaluate performance after new product launching, new product feature enhancement and process improvement. Keep up with competitions & market trends.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or related fields. • At least 3 - 5 years experience in motor insurance marketing product, telesales. • The person should be highly analytical with good sense of numbers, while have good understanding of strategic business management. • Proficiency with Excel, Power Point and conceptual IT knowledge are necessary. • Must be a good team player and possess can-do / can-learn attitudes. • Strong project management skills.
