MEIS – Senior Data Engineer , Data Scientist (Manager)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Build, develop and manage data warehouse and ETL processes. • Conduct meeting with related team to understand the business requirements and perform database design. • Work with our data team members to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. • Provide leadership and mentoring, introducing/sharing new techniques and methods to the team (Best practices, Code Reviews, etc.). • Select and integrate appropriate tools and frameworks required to provide requested capabilities. • Perform BI front-end development by generating reports in the term of dashboards and visualization. • Create statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems and generate actionable business intelligence. • Conduct in-depth analysis and data mining on business opportunities and support management on decision making. • Manage the prospects and customers segmentation to personalize CRM campaign (cross-sell, up-sell) and create better experiences. • Keep up to date with new newest trends and technologies in the analytics platforms, data integration, business intelligence tools and big data ecosystem to generate innovative ideas to solve business challenges and share expertise with the team. • Handle other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields • At least 3 years of work experience in database management/ CRM/ MIS/ business analyst/ data engineer, data science • Strong technical skills in data and reporting tools such as SQL, Python, R, VBA, MS Access, and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI will be a plus • Good knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing and ETL concept • Able to work under pressure and delivery on timeline • Eager to earn new technology deeply and quickly. • Fast Learning & Can-do attitude • Data-driven and possess strong analytical skills
