Legal & Compliance Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Maintaining and developing policies and procedures as well as general compliance policies in relation to regulatory and legal compliance to minimize legal risks/ Institute preventive legal measures to safeguard Company and subsidiaries’ interests for existing business and projects. • Providing legal advice on laws, rules and regulations of OIC and other related competent authorities to ensure the Company and subsidiaries’ compliance with legal requirements. • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with related governmental officers. • Provide suggestion to the Secretary to the Board regarding the preparation of legal documents or regulatory reports/filings in accordance with laws and regulatory standards. • Delivering compliance services to the operations in territories, ensuring effective compliance risk management controls & processes are in place to comply with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law. (with lawyer license preferable) • At least 5 year of experience in Legal and compliance field. • Good command of written and spoken English. • Knowledge of Insurance, Broker Insurance, Commercial business, including taxes, customs and labor would be advantage.
