Customer Analytics & MIS

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Build, develop and manage business intelligence tools to monitor and evaluate the performance
• • Responsible for MIS reporting e.g. daily, weekly, monthly sales performance, key metrics by channel i.e. F2F, Call Center, Telemarketing and Digital
• • Provide business dashboard with useful recommendations
• • Conduct in-depth analysis and data mining on business opportunities and support management on decision making
• • Monitor and track seller/ customer campaign result and analysis for cross-sell and up-sell
• • Provide sales incentive report
• • Analyze database from multisource and develop meaningful recommendations to business in order to drive marketing and sales campaigns to ensure campaign achievement and target meet in term of both financial and non-financial objectives
• • Collaborate with Business Project and IT teams to implement, control the data warehouse system and perform any testing related project in order to support the business
• • Manage the telemarketing customer list by using descriptive and predictive modeling techniques to extend the right offer for targeted customers
• • Project management and operational tasks as required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in MIS, Insurance, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields
• • At least 2 years’ experience in database management/ CRM/ MIS/ Business Analyst/ Data Science
• • Experience in financial services or insurance industry is preferred
• • Strong technical skills in data and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel VBA, Access, SQL, SAS and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI will be a plus
• • Able to work under pressure and delivery on timeline
• • Fast Learning & Can-do attitude
• • Data-driven and possess strong analytical skills
• • Interpersonal skill to deal effectively across function
