AVP - Insurance Marketing

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans including budgets for overall insurance marketing campaign for premium growth (Motor, A&H)
• • Working closely with key stakeholders both external and internal such as OIC, Insurers, Sales, IT/Operations team
• • Oversee and manage customer acquisition of all channels
• • Monitor, analyze and fine-tune marketing campaigns to maximize ROI
• • Generate new growth ideas for better performance and impact to the business
• • Continuously improvement by capturing and analyzing the appropriate customer insights and best practices
• • To keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategy and performance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or related fields
• • Minimum 5 years of experience and exposure in insurance and financial industries
• • Experience with new insurance product development, new product launch and campaign implementation
• • Analytical with good sense of numbers, including strategic business management
• • Understanding of marketing funnel metrics and customer lifecycle
• • Demonstrated success and passion for collecting and using customer insights to drive strategic decisions
• • Conversant in multiple marketing and sales channels
• • Fully responsible for results with strong ROI driven mindset
• • Ability to deliver clear, relevant and concise written and verbal communications
