Sales Manager 1 position

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. • Implements department sales programs by developing field sales action plans. • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. • Completes department sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. • Maintains department sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Maintains department sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male Age between 35 and 40 years old. • Bachelor degree in Business Administration with Marketing major or a Mechanical Engineering would be an advantage • Have experience in sales at least 5 years. Special consideration for a candidate with experience in spare parts and replacement fields. • Own a car and have thorough knowledge of Bangkok and Metropolitan area and Eastern part of Thailand. • Good knowledge of computer skills. • Good knowledge of English language skill.
