Systems Engineer (MIS)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Install and Configure Computer Hardware, Operating Systems and Applications.
• Install, Support and Maintain Server Hardware and Software Infrastructure VMware Platform.
• Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Talk Staff or Clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone (Verbal Instruction) to help them Set-up Systems and/or Resolve Issues.
• Establish, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirement.
• Formulate and design the security system in place to maintain data safety.
• Maintain and supervise the inventory
• Timely reporting on the log sheet for the rapid response to any glitches
• Set-up New User Accounts, Profiles and Passwords.
• Respond within agreed time limits to Call-outs.
• Work Continuously on Assigned Tasks until completion (or referral, if appropriate and/or necessary).
• Prioritize and Manage many open cases at the same time (multi-task).
• Conduct electrical Safety Checks on computer equipment.
• Follow ISO Process Protocols to make sure all working processes fully comply with ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001:2013.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Computer Skills: Windows, Servers, Network & Security and VMware, etc..
• Flexibility and Responsiveness.
• Participate in non-standard working models (willing to work flex-time including after office hours, holidays and weekends)
• Work in field service when required or necessary.
• Analytical Skills (determine root causes) and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Virtual Box)
• Network experience (TCP/IP, OSI Model)
• Experience in FortiGate Firewall.
• Risk assessment.
• Experience in Veeam Backup, etc.
