Head of Branding & Marketing.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Develop brand communication and PR strategies to enhance all brands within the company - Define PR activities, sponsorship marketing, collaborating with CSR and execute integrated campaigns through various channels and media including online, offline, above the line, below the line and digital channels - Oversee communication and work with media agency to develop effective media plans - Lead in-store communication direction and execution including brand signage, POP merchandising standard and in-store activation for special occasions, that deliver brand essence, build brand image and support operation execution - manage budgets and effectively allocate resources among campaigns - Supervise subordinates to effectively manage the whole cycle of promotion campaign - Build teamwork with internal cross-functional teams for effective project management - Carry out other assignments assigned by supervisor - Other tasks assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30 – 45 years old - Experience with multinational operation, beneficial ext. - Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration - At least 5 years working experience in fitness club or health business will be appreciate. - Supervisor/Managerial experience is a must. - Strategic thinking and good Analytic skills - Excellent Presentation and Communication skills - Good background in advertising/ creative work judgment. - Proof of success in new product development, turning consumer insight into winning products - Strong passion/motivation to work in Fitness and health business (gym/ exercise/ sport ) to create the largest fitness club chain. - Strong Social Media understanding and execution. - Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient, leadership. - Self-learning lifestyle, outgoing and always updated on market movements. - Excellent both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and inter-personal skill. - Required TOEIC 750 or equivalent - Proficient in general computer knowledge. (especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint). - Hard working, open minded with a can do attitude. - Strong coaching skills to grow the team. - Excellent in negotiate skill. - Being able to work on flexible hours as necessary. - Ability to travel up-country and overseas some of the time - Have own car and valid driving license
