หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Welcoming, greeting and creating a hospitable for visitors • Making the clients and people visiting comfortable in getting their queries cleared • Quick and prompt handling phone calls and using a professional communication style, i.e. prompt, courteous, articulate, etc. • Updating company phone directory • Organizing the reservation of meeting room booking • Maintaining clean reception and meeting area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations • Arranging air tickets, logistics for executives and employee • Maintaining the stationery • Participating in special projects as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in any related field • At least 1 year experienced of relevant working in receptionist and telephone operator • Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills • Able to work in a team • Able to use initiative and work unsupervised • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload and “Can DO” Attitude • Good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) • Good command of written and spoken English
