TELESALES EXECUTIVE

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage customer enquiry for Telesales channels with fast action response • Handle and key in Telesales ‘s order in daily basis to complete all orders with effective quality of work both in SAP or e-Web ordering • Be main person of customer’s touch point for orders via Telesales channel • Provide administrative activities related to order fulfillment, sample, CN, DN GR • Escalate of all problems and complains to assure they are satisfactory resolved • Coordinate with related departments such as warehouse, transport, finance, Quality Assurance, Commercial, IT, BI, Marketing, Business Development and HR to deliver company's products and service to Telesales customers. • Provide front end upload / update assortment, stock, pricing for Tele sales customer.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field. • Good command of spoken and written in English (able to present ideas orally and in writing especially for formal correspondence) • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, Call Center environment. Experience in food business would be advantage • SAP, e-web ordering and Microsoft Office skill required • Strong communication and listening skills with service-mind aspect • Proactive in anticipating, identifying and solving problems • Welcome challenges and has a passion for results • Must be able to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and over weekends
