Accountant/Senior Accountant ( AP )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Purpose - Providing data and documents for customer payment. -Handling day-to-day transactions/entries relating to accounts receivable and ensuring accurate. - Processing account receivable transactions,checking the correctness of customer's payment against invoices,receipts and other accounting documents. - Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices for each customer. - Record transactions in our accounting system and the related subsystems. - Monitor performance of Collection and verify invoices of the Collection. - Preparing monthly bank reconciliation and cash balance. - Any on Credit & Collection matters. Other ad hoc reporting and duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor Degree in Accounting. - At least 1-2 years experience in accounting (A/P, Sale in voice, Report Vat, Inventory). - Computer literate (Excel - SAP). - Good Attitude and Positive Thinking.
