Customer Service Executive ( Order Processing )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description - Handle customer order in daily - Responsible for accurate timeline order entry & stock. - Collaborate with internal and external customer, cross functional for the efficiency of the customer service process. - Handle and monitors goods return, claims and complaints from customers. - Coordinate with cross functional team, logistics providers & customers to ensure orders are processed as per lead time. - Handle urgent orders or requests and report.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. - 1 – 3 years experience in Customer Service, Order Processing. - Good Communication in English. - Excellent in Communication. - Good Positive Thinking with Solving Problem skill. - Good computer literate in MS word, Excel, Power-point and SAP
