E-Commerce Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Oversee a company’s (Business to Business to Consumers) B2B2C sales e.g. Lazada etc. - Responsible for the image of the company and generating sales through B2B2C channel. - Oversee a team of designers and agencies. - Responsible for all B2B2C online activities. - Develop affiliate marketing programmes. - Create and maintain B2B2C business plans. - Staying up to date on software or data trends. - Updating websites (if any) for new mobile or computer systems to appeal to current and future customers. - Provide analytic reports of B2B2C online sales. - Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media, Email marketing.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information System or any related fields. - At least 2-3 years professional experience in Ecommerce, Business Partner Management or within related areas. - Working experience in fast paced environment preferably i.e. FMCG/retails, Ecommerce, Home Shopping would be an advantage. - Strong in managing and planning skills. - High analytical, problem solving skill and good communication with negotiation skill. - Excellent customer interface experience, Result-orientated, carry Positive & Can-do Attitude and able to work under pressure. Able to read, write and speak English. - Possess basic computer, programming and internet. Knowledge of SAP CRM, ERP would be an added advantage
