หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Sales Management:
-Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
-Client Acquisition:
Lead the sales and reception team in acquiring new clients through direct sales, partnerships, and collaborations and promotions
-Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
-Sales Training:
Provide ongoing training and support to the sales and reception team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to meet objectives.

Marketing Management:
-Brand Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and enhance the Cubic Fitness brand.
-Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms and events.
-Content Development:
Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content that aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
-Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Collaboration with Sales:
Foster a strong working relationship between the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and shared goals.
-Sales and Marketing Integration:
Develop integrated strategies that seamlessly align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.

-In-depth knowledge of current marketing trends and digital platforms.
-Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Very good command of English.
