Marketing Manager (ประจำ The Cubic fitness)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
• Plan and implement various marketing activities such as new product launches, promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Oversee all aspects of brand image building and promotion and reputation Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and enhance the Cubic Fitness brand awareness and reputation.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms and ensure events are promoted and managed and executed according to company guidelines.
• Work with our agency to operate social media platforms to increase brand influence and expand user base keeping in line with brand guidelines.
• Lead content creating team in the creation of engaging and relevant content that aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
• Lead the Influencer management team to grow and take care of the signed influencers as well as ensure that content generation and posting requirements are met, assistance is provided and their perks are added each month.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and apply them to continually improve our marketing efforts.
• ork closely with Sales and Customer team to ensure a unified approach to marketing and customer engagement, all stake holders are updated with upcoming and current promotions and events.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5 Years+ proven experience in marketing management with a solid understanding of brand marketing and digital marketing, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team and works well with multiple stakeholders.
• Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of current marketing trends and digital platforms.
• Excellent creativity, able to come up with innovative marketing solutions.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
• Excellent English.
• If have marketing knowledge in various industries and can be effectively applied to all industries will receive special consideration
