Overview: The Event Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Cubic’s events across fitness, lifestyle, fashion, and community platforms. This role ensures every event from in-club activations to large-scale galas and brand launches reflects the Cubic identity and delivers measurable brand and commercial impact.
Own the end-to-end event lifecycle: concept, planning, budgeting, vendor management, execution, and post-event reporting.
Ensure all events align with Cubic’s brand tone: premium, edgy, community-driven, and lifestyle-focused.

Identify, pitch, and secure event sponsors and brand partners.
Manage sponsor activations and integrations at events to maximize brand exposure and value.
Work with the Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to bring event concepts to life.
Coordinate with trainers, KOLs, PR, and media for maximum reach and engagement.
Lead and manage onsite staff and ensure smooth event flow.
Build and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control and ROI.
Oversee contracts, suppliers, and logistics.
Track KPIs and report post-event performance against targets.

Proven experience managing premium lifestyle/fitness/fashion events.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to deliver unique, high-impact concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and deliver on tight deadlines.
Passion for fitness, lifestyle, and fashion is a strong plus.
Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing) with the ability to work effectively with foreigners
