We are seeking a Graphic Designer to bring Cubic’s brands to life through visually compelling designs. This role combines fashion, lifestyle, and retail aesthetics to create apparel, merch, and promotional materials that reflect Cubic’s premium identity and resonate with our communities. You will work across in-house brands (SBP, Aliah Makia, Cubic Gear) and campaigns, turning creative concepts into high-quality visual outputs.
Ensure all designs follow each brand’s Corporate Identity, mood & tone, and art direction.
Create spec sheets, catalogs, lookbooks, mockups, packaging, and presentation templates.
Support creative development for fashion and brand-related projects.
Design monthly online artwork for social media and e-commerce campaigns.
Produce basic multimedia content such as motion graphics and promotional videos.
Design POSM and retail materials such as booth sets, lightboxes, kiosks, shelf displays, end-gondolas, flagship store visuals, and event branding.
Support onsite event setups and visual merchandising.
Stay updated on design trends and bring new ideas to the team.
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Proficiency in designing and developing print patterns and apparel graphics with both creative and commercial apparel.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiar with Canva and CapCut.
Basic skills in photography and videography for use in fashion content creation.
Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing) with the ability to work effectively with foreigners
A portfolio of fashion and design works is required; experience in apparel graphics is a plus
