Key Account Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job responsibilities/ Duties - To involve scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements. - To maintain customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all clients expectations. - To generate new leads with the aim to generate more sales. - Working on sales follow-up activities. - Explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company products or services; following them up so as to close the business deals - To develop business proposals for existing and new customers - To develop and provide customer’s requirement documents to software development department or any related department. - To close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. - To work as part of a Project team and closely with other departments within the organization.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor or higher in IT, Computer engineering or related field. - At least 2 year experiences in IT, sale or customer service background. - Strong communication and IT fluency. - Eager to adapt with new IT and software technology. - Good Command in English - Able to handle with pressureand excellent time management. - Able to solve off problem / Workaround - Strong negotiation and persuasion skill - Notably pleasant character.
