IT Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Maintenance & Support all issue about Hardware & Software of Computer, Printer, Surveillance Security, IoT, and UPS Systems
• Perform Preventive Maintenance for all equipment of clients (UPS, Computer, Printer, CCTV, Network and others) according to the company's customer service cycles and conditions. Ready to make a report.
• Design/Implement/Maintenance and Support about PA, Signage, VDO Wall, LED Wall, Conference, and Audio & Video System
• Design/Implement/Maintenance and Support about Surveillance Security, IoT, and UPS Systems
• Get notified, follow up, and solve all incident by customers by remote or on-site service.
• Responsible for system documentation and other parts assigned by the company.
• Supporting the use of computer systems within the organization.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good knowledge about Surveillance Security, UPS, and IoT systems. (Hikvision, Dhahua, Honeywell, Bosch, Pelco, Milestone , APC, Syndrome,…,etc.)
• Good knowledge about cabling system of A/V, LAN, Fiber Optic, and Electric systems
• Good knowledge about hardware & software of PA, Signage, VDO Wall, LED Wall, Conference System and Audio & Video Systems (Such as Samsung, Extron, Kramer, Bosch, TOA, Shure, Yamaha,…,etc.)
• Good skills for MS Office, CAD, and Sketchup, Visio,…,etc
• Good knowledge about Operating System(Windows, Linux), and OSI 7 Layer
• Good knowledge about computer, printer, and networking.
• Have a passion for service having good communication and service skills will be an advantage.
• Have a good logical thinking skills - Able to work in other provinces
• Interested in learning and developing new things.
• Enthusiastic about work and responsibility
• Able to work as a team. Must have - Have a vehicle and a driver's license (car) - Able to work according to the time specified by the company.
