หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To ensure daily mixing programs are assigned and seen to completion accordingly. - To ensure the audio quality of multi-language projects in the team. - To oversee training of audio engineers and quality improvement. - To manage audio engineers’ schedule and capacity and help them improve - To supervise mixing processes and quality, and advise Dubbing Team Manager accordingly. - Finalise files by mixing engineers or vendors. - Inclusive of all M.E.’s responsibilities mentioned herein.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Have 3+ years of experiencing post audio mixing. - Experience in 5.1 mixing or more is required - Fluent in English - Experience with Mac environment, ProTools audio software and hardware, including peripheral equipment as compressors, microphones, AD Converters - Understanding of audio and session formats and specifications (.wav, .mp3, .ptf, .omf,…) - General knowledge of audio engineering and studio recording techniques - Ability to perform quality audio recordings for both low and high-end dubbing projects. - Ability to identify and solve technical problems with equipment when possible - Friendly manner with clients, voice talents and colleagues - Excellent organization and time management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Extremely detailed oriented
