หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibility Planning Assisting in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives Monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans Developing financial and tax strategies Managing the capital request and budgeting processes Developing performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction Operations Maintaining in-depth relations with all members of the Management team Managing the Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Warehouse departments Overseeing the financial operations Overseeing the company's transaction processing systems, and implementing operational best practices Overseeing employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package Supervising acquisition due diligence and conducting negotiations relating to acquisitions Funding Monitoring cash balances and cash forecasts Arranging for debt financing and equity financing Managing investment funds and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. Qualifications and Requirements: BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
