HR & Administrative Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description Qualifications : - Bachelor’s Degree in related fields. - Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR fields , and good understanding of HR operations - Experience in IT/Engineering industrial or related field are preferable. - Good command in English (Spoken and Written) - Computer literacy (MS Office) - Team player with positive interpersonal skills, service-mind, flexible and problem solving. Responsibilities : - Recruitment / New hire process - Participating in recruiting efforts - Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications - Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process - Ensuring background and reference checks are completed - Probation process - Record recruitment database in the system - Maintain insurance, Health and Life Insurance - Maintain pre-employment check-up, annual check up - Daily, Monthly report time Attendance - Responsible for admin work.
