Support Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Monitor network traffic and related system performance - Troubleshoot, resolve, update and maintain all documentation of network and server systems - Support design and implement backup/disaster recovery solutions - Maintain a highly secure infrastructure, protecting sensitive corporate data from internal and External threats - Maintain a solid understanding of networking / distributed computing environment concepts; understand principles of routing, client/server programming, and the design of consistent network-wide file system layouts - respond to request for assistance or information in a timely and professional manner - provide support on projects an tasks to ensure successful completion - Provide helpdesk staff support and training as needed - Participate in on-call support rotation - Monitor system performance and utilization - Comply with the relevant requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 140001, 6S, Safety and Mango programs. - Other as Assigned

• - Understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. - Ability to think through problems and visualize solution. - Network security experience. - LAN and WAN experience.
