Procurement Manager (Construction)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and securing the best deals for raw materials and other supplies
• Oversee the work of the procurement team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing procurement activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply chains
• Analyse market trends and data to make informed purchasing decisions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry
• Thorough understanding of procurement best practices, regulations, and industry trends
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term supplier relationships
• Strong coordination skills, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Proficiency in English or Chinese is preferred
