หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• HR Operations : Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle documentation and team initiatives, including HR databases and personnel movements.
• Workplace Excellence: Oversee office administration (facilities, maids, messengers) to maintain a professional and welcoming work environment.
• Payroll & Compensation Support: Manage time attendance and leave records for a diverse workforce.
• HRBP & Data Analytics: Act as a key partner for HRBP by providing insightful HR data/reports and assisting in employee relations or internal communication initiatives.
• Benefits Administration: Oversee employee insurance and welfare programs in coordination with brokers, ensuring our team is well-taken care of.
• Government Relations: Lead the submission of all statutory reports within deadlines.
• Plan and execute employee activities and programs to strengthen corporate culture and employee morale.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are aligned with company values and expectations.
• Collaborate with external training vendors and consultants as needed.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience at least 1 years in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist. (Experience in Construction industries is a plus).
• Proficient in Canva for creating internal communications, employee engagement materials, and social media content.
• AI Implementation: Experience or strong interest in utilizing Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Co-Pilot) to streamline HR documentation, forms, guidelines, policies, and enhance internal communications.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Mindset a "Service Heart" with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or PMS tools is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
