วิศซกรออกแบบโครงการและโซลูชั่น (Project & Solution Engineer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Working with a sales team to determine solutions to customers’ challenges and supporting the sales team to present proposals to clients.
• Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients.
• Facilitate and manage among sales team, project manager, relevant implementation team and customer during implementation projects.
• Identify and analyze customer expectations for each assigned project and act as the point of contact for the customer.
• Provide timely communications and presentation/documentation to the customer until project completion.
• Closing and handing over the project to the support team so that regular maintenance operations can take place inside the agreed SLA.
• Ensures good and motivating working conditions for all project participants.
• Building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospective clients.
• Participate In Strategy Meetings With Marketing Team.
• Analyze Potential Markets Before Product Launch.
• Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree in Information system or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of managing IT delivery projects.
• Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience of working at operational level with good understanding of the overall picture.
• Experience and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Ability to identify key project decision maker and already to negotiating customer at management level.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience of Software development project would be an advantage.
