Infrastructure Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Implement, maintain, and support IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Deploy and manage server, application, and cloud infrastructure to ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.
• Support DevOps initiatives and participate in system deployment, testing, and production rollout activities.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve system stability and operational efficiency.
• Deploy application releases, system updates, patches, and infrastructure changes following operational and security standards.
• Investigate and troubleshoot infrastructure, system, application, and network-related issues to minimize service disruption.
• Collaborate with development, security, database, and operations teams to support business and project requirements.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services on AWS, including provisioning, configuration, optimization, and operational support. Support cloud migration and infrastructure modernization projects from on-premises environments.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure configurations.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with organizational security policies and operational standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization, storage, and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Understanding of network fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing, and Firewall concepts.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic Project Management skill.
• Good command of English.
