หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Resposibilities; 1. Monitor network traffic and related systems performance. 2. Troubleshoot, resolve, update and maintain all documentation of network and server systems. 3. Maintain disaster recovery procedures for datacenter servers and network systems. 4. Maintain a highly secure infrastructure, protecting sensitive corporate data from internal and external threats. 5. Maintain a solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts; understand principles of routing, client/server programming, and the design of consistent network-wide file system layouts. 6. Respond to requests for assistance or information in a timely and professional manner. 7. Provide support on projects and tasks to ensure successful completion. 8. Provide Helpdesk staff support and training as needed. 9. Participate in on-call support rotation. 10. Monitor system performance and utilization.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer or related field of study with a network engineering focus. 2. 1-3 years’ experience in IT or related field. 3. Understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. 4. Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions. 5. Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, and controllers. 6. Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources. 7. Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization. 8. A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment. 9. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 10. Network security experience. 11. LAN and WAN experience.
