Signalling Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to evaluate the principal, technological and systemic requirements to meet the SOW, Functional Specifications and achieve the project requirements including carrying out site surveys and investigations and communicating with subject matter experts. 2. Coordinate risk management workshops and rail safety reviews. 3. Coordinate risk management workshops and rail Analyze drawings and associated design and project documentation for technical accuracy and suitability. Safety reviews. 4. Ensuring that construction standards with regards to safety, reliability and quality are maintained in accordance with client objectives. 5. Participate in the evaluation of tenders with respect to established specifications, ensuring the technical merits of all tenders are carefully assessed in the selection of a suitable tender. 6. Overseeing and negotiating all aspects of allocated projects in conjunction with clients, designers and constructors to progress projects to implementation and commissioning. 7. Preparation of technical reports, project proposals and strategic papers.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• # Male , Age 45 years old up # Bachelor degree, Master degree or PhD. qualifications in Engineering, (Signalling) or equivalent related industry experience. # Having 8 year experience in railway project. # Ability to organize and co-ordinate a diverse variety of functions and possess evaluative and decision-making skills of a high order. # Well-developed written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. # Negotiating skills and ability to negotiate commercially on contractual matters.
