Warehouse & Logistic Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Stock record of material/raw material, product with ERP software. 2. Stock account movement report. 3. Stock account reconciliation with actual stock account including to store status. 4. Delivery control. 5. Check the condition of raw materials and products within the store not to be damaged, and ready to use at all times. 6. Counting the annual stock of products. 7. Plan daily work areas to be suitable for convenient storage of products. 8. Collaborate with all departments. 9. Solve various problems related to the invoice document, billing slip. 10. KPI report for Manager of department. 11. Complied with the organization's accounting policy, and operation under stock accounting in accordance with accounting standards. 12. Complied the requirements of accounting and finance department as of company regulations. 13. Complied the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001, Safety, 5S and Mango ERP. 14. Other responsibilities as assignment.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor degree in Transportation, Supply Chain, Logistic, IT, Engineer or related field. -Female, Age over 33 years old. -Experience as warehouse, supply chain, inventory, logistic or store more than 7 years in construction firm/IT firm would be advantage. -Knowledge ISO9001, ISO14001, KPI, 5S and Safety. -Can use ERP/MANGO program would be advantage. -Good communication in English.
