หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Prepare Debit note/Debtor Aging Analysis Report and follow up the debtors. 2. Prepare Payment Vouchers for both petty cash and cheque/transfer. 3. Prepare and summarize freight collection and expenses of all principals for settlement of account. 4. Freight & Local revenue reconciliation and report to principals. 5. Arrange remittance of freight collected to principals in accordance with Agency Agreement. 6. Prepare value added tax reports for company and principals for submission to Revenue Department. 7. Create/Amend/Delete Vendor in OPUS & SAP. 8. Follow up value added tax refund for company and principals. 9. Prepare withholding tax figures for submission to Revenue Department. 10. Record all accounting transactions into account software. 11. Record and update company’s assets report. 12. Monitor dishonoured cheque. 13. Prepare Bank reconciliation for principals account. 14. Calculate Principal income tax. 15. Approve invoice in OPUS for payment to OPUS vendor. 16. Prepare Overpaid refund to customers. 17. Other as assigned by Superior.
