หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • • Be a representative in IT kick-off • Clarify business requirement with business in BR walkthrough and support SA to translate business requirement • Prepare the Gap Analysis document between the business requirement and IT system and confirm with business users and Analysis requirement that can do or not • Identify functional requirement to support each business requirement • Update IT solution with PM • Lead in functional requirement walkthrough with vendors and clarify gap requirement with IT team and business users • Translate business requirement to functional requirement and walkthrough with SA, QA, and business users • Prepare the Functional Specification document and walkthrough with business including updating the Functional Specification documents in case of IT solution has changed • Review details in the Functional Specification that have impacts with infrastructure, IT security and UAM and inform ITPM for the impact • Support SA to clarify questions from the Business Requirements and the Functional Specification documents • Review ST case/script and ST result related to functional part • Support IT team to coordinate in ST, SIT, UAT implementation and PVT phase • Transfer knowledge related to functional part to Application Owner, Production Support and Helpdesk team especially list of Q&A
