Driver Test Analysis (DTA)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Site assignment to DTE to got DTE target/month
• Collect Drive test Plan Check for any alarm at site
• Allign and Coordinate with DTEs for the plan
• Maintain Environment, health and safety rules and regulations during drive test activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including network planning, optimization, and implementation teams, to align testing activities.
• Perform drive test and optimization activities such as benchmarking drive test, features test, worst cell analysis, RF basic KPI improvement. Analyze results according to KPI, adjust signal problem areas, present solutions to customers to achieve KPI goals, and deliver reports as agreed with customers on time.
• Generate the report from server with specified Template and Theme
• Monitor reports according to the customer's template standard, in coordination with the Reporter team.
• Responsible for clusters that need to optimize to meet the contractual KPIs (Drive Test KPIs and OSS KPIs)

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male or Female
• Age : 25-40 years old
• Education Level : High Vocational - Degree
• Experience : 5-10 Years
• Familiar with Ericsson test tool
