• Pre-Performance Data Collection
• Collect and organize pre-migration performance data as baseline
• Compare against post-migration KPI performance
• KPI Monitoring & Reporting
• Follow customer-defined templates and frequencies
• Multi-technology layer monitoring: 2G, 3G, 4G (5 LTE layers) / 5G (2 layers)
• Ericsson nodes only; TRUE and DTAC operators (separate reporting)
• Reporting Deliverables
• Day 1: Three hourly reports (10:00, 14:00, 18:00)
• Day 2–4: Daily report per Power Week (PW) before 17:00
• KPI breakdown by technology (as noted above)
• Performance Monitoring & Response
• Detect and respond to KPI degradation and top offender cells within SLA
• Provide executive summary with:
• Performance analysis
• Impact assessment
• Recommended corrective actions
• Normalization/improvement plans
• Regular stakeholder updates as per SLA
• Troubleshooting Support : Layer-level root cause analysis (focus on LTE and 5G)
