Lead, plan, and manage all phases of the software testing process (planning, design, execution, and closure).
Define Test Strategy, Test Plan, and testing scope based on project requirements.
Assign tasks and monitor the progress of testers to ensure timely delivery.
Review and approve Test Cases, Test Scripts, and test data prepared by the team.
Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Track and report testing progress, quality metrics, and defect status to stakeholders
Manage defect lifecycle, ensuring proper logging, prioritization, and resolution.
Ensure testing coverage and quality assurance compliance across projects.
Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to junior testers.
Identify testing risks, propose mitigation plans

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality products.
