Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL / ELT processes to collect, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the enterprise Data Warehouse or Data Lake.
Design and implement data models and maintain structured data pipelines aligned with business requirements
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data transformation and performance tuning.
Collaborate with Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and Data Scientists to ensure data accuracy and availability.
Monitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
Participate in system documentation, including Data Mapping, Data Flow Diagram, and Technical Specification.
Support migration and integration projects between on-premise systems and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
Follow SCG’s standards and best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of working experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
Proficient in SQL and experienced in writing Stored Procedures on relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
Strong understanding of Data Modeling, Data Warehouse, and ETL concepts.
Knowledge or experience with Cloud Platform (especially Azure) is an advantage.
Familiarity with Python for data processing or automation is a plus.
Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) will be considered an advantage.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
