Performance Tester (MRT ลุมพินี)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios to evaluate system performance, stability, and scalability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and work with developers and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
• Define performance test strategy, workload model, and metrics based on system requirements.
• Conduct various types of performance testing: load, stress, endurance, spike, and volume tests.
• Prepare performance test reports and provide recommendations for performance tuning and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with QA, development, and DevOps teams to ensure performance requirements are met before production deployment.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in performance testing or related QA roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as: JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling
• Familiar with monitoring and analysis tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
• Good understanding of system architecture, web services, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with banking or financial systems is a big plus.
• Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, Shell, Groovy) or CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) is an advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
